The answers to my questions do not take long to arrive. I bought 2 cameras, I had problems, notably one that no longer worked, and they quickly took the necessary steps. Order conforms to my expectations. Before giving my opinion, I wanted to have some perspective on the use of this box. Now, after two months of use, I can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. I use it for a freezer located in my garage with a temperature probe. The SMS alarms work well with one or several phone numbers, very practical especially when going far from home. For info, I equipped the box with a Free SIM card at 2€ and it works well thanks to the remote antenna that I positioned in the best place for good reception.

Works very well. The customer relationship is top-notch; there's always someone for advice or guidance. The point to improve: the screws of the devices are microscopic; you need watchmaker screwdrivers, and when setting up the device, you must not lose the small screw, otherwise it's a hassle.
