the product unfortunately could not fit (required opening of ports requested by Orange, which the Asian supplier could not provide!) but good dialogue and return without problem from customer service;

Order shipped within very reasonable timeframes, and after-sales service attentive and helpful; the only problem, the alarm remote control I ordered is way too sensitive, just holding it in hand and brushing the button disconnects the alarm; I ordered a second one, but the phenomenon is the same, it's very annoying.

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Although these remote controls can sometimes be too sensitive and fragile, they are still supposed to be usable. Do not hesitate to return one of them so that we can check the defect and carry out a guaranteed handling (after checking the condition of the remote control). Excellent DVR and easy to set up although would have been appreciated if the listing explained the hard drive needed fitting. but not a problem. instructions needed to be in bigger print as found it difficult to read. but overall a good product and value for money.

speedy delivery & well packed so the item wouldn't get damaged.
the item does what it was bought to do
the down side to it is every part looks cheap & its all plastic.
the wireless remote looks like it won't last long if your not careful with it.
i'm still trying to get the siren to work when the alarms triggered .
