Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,

We often have small tips and tricks to provide to avoid this kind of triggers that are due to the installation environment. If this is not the cause, it may also be a material problem, which is obviously under warranty and therefore exchangeable.
Please feel free to send us photos by email so that we can guide you.

Best regards,
Christopher

I bought this product because I was confirmed by email that it could be powered by a transformer on 220V.
When I received it, I noticed, as did your technician, that this was not possible.
Nothing to report for the rest.

Hello,

Indeed, I had not thought of this detail, it would prevent the principle of 'backup batteries', sorry.

I received my order quickly and proceeded with the installation without difficulties, thanks to the easy-to-understand instructions and moreover the remote controls were delivered already programmed...simple therefore!
I plan to extend my installation to other annexes of my house with this French brand made in France...a plus for any potential assistance needs..!

The sound to start the alarm is a bit too loud. Otherwise, it works very well! Effective.
