Good product range. Equipment basically does what says on the tin. Tech advice is basic.

As a company they tried hard with a difficult problem, Ultrasecure was recommended to me by Suffolk Police home security,I followed it up and selected a camera,made in mainland China,it refused to work,Ultrasecure worked on it to solve the problem as this was a camera that was in their brochure but new to them,unable to solve the problem it was returned and another familliar to them was sent to me,this was finaly fitted and up and running, not the best camera on the market but it does some of the actions I required,basically I just got fed up and had run out of time,I was told the first camera had to register with the makers server in china,Ultrasecure advised me not to do that,and the camera refused to work until that was completed, the second camera refuse's to use wi-fi as it clashe's with other wi-fi, but it tilts and turn and it has a picture, that will have to do,there were several phone calls with Ultrasecure to achieve this level of operation, they tried, but my opinion is they need to understand the products they are selling, to sell and walk away is not enough,

Very good site, fast and efficient. However, I was very surprised when I opened my order (perimeter alarm kit) that everything is written in Chinese with a translation in English and French.... I would have preferred US or European material. Especially since on Chinese sites, the same type of material is sold for half the price... Well, as long as it works, if it's reliable Chinese material, that's fine with me....

Good but the distance for the detector is less than advertised (3-5m), it needs to be buried in the middle of the alley (or max: 2m).

The products received are in line with the order, that's the strong point. But the negative point, the delivery does not correspond to the requested delivery method. You sent it to me by post WITHOUT SIGNATURE, which costs less than the delivery to the relay point that I paid a bit more for. So, I had a doubt while waiting for the arrival of the package. So the package tracking is not very clear. It was always marked 'package in delivery', and even you, you do not know exactly if the package has arrived. Thank you.
