Ultra Secure consistently delivers promptly and reliably, with fast shipping and on-time or early delivery across multiple mentions. The product quality and ease of installation are highlighted by clear instructions, straightforward setup, and well-functioning devices such as intercoms and alarms that work effectively right away. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness, politeness, and helpful problem resolution, including prompt follow-ups and attentive assistance when issues arise. Teams are described as professional and knowledgeable, providing accurate advice and ensuring orders meet stated needs and specifications.
prompt delivery, good product, works at least 150 mtr, (more I haven't tried) before I had an EXTEL which according to the description should have worked at 500 mtr but at 50, with additional antenna it didn't work anymore.

Goods arrived earlier than expected. Instructions took a bit of working out, but a simple phone call and ultra secure gave me a lot of good advice, I will be using them again when I want to extend the alarm system.

Ordered 2 bollards with them with similar keys, expected 2 keys overall but actually got 2 per bollard which was even better than I thought, delivery didn't take more than 3 days, perfect communication with the emails of dispatching, good instructions with the bollards. Overall 10/10.
