Hello, We try as much as possible to be as efficient as possible and we are always disappointed when a customer is not satisfied (especially since we know you well now for years). As you know, our after-sales service always tries to provide answers to customers (including 5 years later, through a free number, and without any time limit). We maintain stocks of accessories long after the end of a range. Unfortunately, regarding specific spare parts for an accessory, we also depend on manufacturers and these can sometimes be difficult to find (we ourselves sometimes have to dismantle new elements to be able to satisfy the customer). Even major brand manufacturers do not necessarily stock spare parts for that long... On our side, we offer almost all spare parts for our products. And, in the contrary case, we systematically find replacement solutions so that our customers do not feel cheated (the complete replacement of the product is however sometimes necessary after many years, like any electronic element). I think we provide a service well above average (this is in any case the general observation of our customers), and I am therefore disappointed to read your comment. The fact of having ranges of products and compatible accessories maintained for years is often a very satisfying discovery for our customers. Moreover, in your case, the review left concerns precisely the order of certain spare parts, I therefore find it unfair towards our team, we are also a small company... Regarding the panels that you unfortunately damaged and wish to replace, my colleague told you by phone that he was inquiring to try to provide you with these parts even if we do not currently have any in stock. The search is still ongoing. Nothing proves that these panels no longer work, and we never refuse to diagnose these elements in our workshop, even after several years. Our legal warranty obligation in France is 2 years. Despite this, as explained in this message, we strive to be as efficient as possible in order not to fall into this scheme of planned obsolescence. Our teams are always at the service of customers, even the oldest, and even after the warranty period.
