Good product and easy to install. The instruction manual lists all the options but doesn't tell you what they actually do in some cases. Most is fairly obvious but this could be improved.

Very good, comprehensive web-site. As you obviously deal with your products every day, you know how they work / operate. I don't think your staff realise that some of us don't know or understand how transmitters, receivers & the like actually work. Perhaps your website could enlighten us better.

nice to get a delivery time down to one hour. Product (Domestic Wall Anchor Kit) is fantastic and looks good in a conservation area: very stylish when all around look cheap and nasty.

Easy to navigate website, readily available support and great prices. Swift delivery to Spain and the product seems to be exactly what I needed. Still installing just now so I cannot comment on how well it works but that is the same for any initial review. Given 5 stars here as every aspect of service I have experienced has been first rate.
Thank you

Pre sales help was good. Not brilliant but informative enough to warrant a purchase.
They also did extra work on my purchase which saved us a bit of time. Definitely did not expect them to do that. They also added a little extra to the package which was nice of them also.
