Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Great Service And Delivered Two Days Early What More Can You Ask!!

Brilliant no problem at all excellent prompt reliable service and delivery.

Great company, fast service as always

Excellent product and excellent service. I have had a GSM PIR system in my motorhome (complete with 2 x remote wire free internal sirens) for 7 years without a single false alarm and it has worked every time I walk tested it. Remote setting fob packed in last month so needed a new one. I was please that the new one was compatible with my old system as quite often these days systems are upgraded and not backward compatible. Had a few queries on learning the fob in and got knowledgeable answers straight away.
Highly recommended, 5 stars are not enough!!

very fast delivery, great realistic cameras, great price .

This is the first time I've used UltraSecure direct.com. I had a couple of online discussions about various products with the team and I got great help from them - I even got an email at 07.30 in the morning answering the question I'd asked the previous evening.
The products came as tracked items which is always a bonus.
I couldn't find the products I needed initially but I did receive such good help from the team at ultrasecuredirect and I found exactly what I needed. The alarms are perfect for my garage and shed and are far better quality than other products I've seen online and in store.

Brilliant service. Ordered online one day, arrived next day - what more can you ask?!!

the unit have not been fully fitted yet the only thing i have found so far is that the sim card was the smallest size that looked like that had been already pushed / taken out /loose in package /i have placed them back in order they should have been /the outer ring was still connected to card and had to be cut with knife / hope this helps dave

The website was easy to navigate. I queried whether items were in stock and benefits for having the same or different locks on parking barriers. Customer service responded which gave me confidence to place my order. I ordered the last two, which arrived within two days of placing my order originally placed on a Saturday. Handyman put up the two and items was better than I expected. I need to get used to using the locks. A little fiddly. I like the reflective strips not mentioned in the advert or illustrated in the photo of the item which turned out to be a lovely surprise. Handyman had no difficulty fitting, both were up within a short twenty minutes. They are doing the job for which they have been purchased which is great. Two red parking barriers. Thank you

all good, would use again
