THIS APPLICATION IS PARTIALLY IN FRENCH, WHICH IS A SHAME BECAUSE WE ARE IN FRANCE AND THE LEAST THING WOULD BE TO TRANSLATE AS I HAVE NOT DONE THE SORBONE. On the other hand, the email system does not work and the technicians at La Boire are without response.
