Some I liked better than others, which seemed too light for my taste.

I had ordered a ROIBOOS Cacao box (visual on screen) and in the end the person received this tea in a bag!

The package I received was damaged. It was dented on one side. You'll have to report this to the carrier.

We've already ordered several times and in principle it works very well. Sometimes the card payment didn't work, so the transfer via my bank takes a little longer and isn't so convenient. Last time I had a promotion code 'THANK YOU' for a red metal box (before 30/4) but each time I wrote the code, the system suggested I put it in the next step. In the end, the box didn't arrive with my order.

Delivery very long, 9 days compared to what is announced on the site, this is my only criticism.

It was an order for a gift: I know the quality of Unami teas and I know that the gift will be appreciated. As always, the shipment was fast and careful. I'd recommend it. On the other hand, I find the site a bit confusing: the search by name, for example, is too approximate. Otherwise, there's plenty of choice.

Impossible to find Georgia teas. I had to phone to get the information. I shouldn't have bothered, given the weakness of these teas.

I'd like to find information more easily on the composition of the teas. You have to go to the card and scroll. And sometimes you don't know which fruits are in the tea, for example. On the list page, the photos are too big compared to the description, and I always had to go to the product sheet to get more info and put it in the basket. I would have liked to filter more finely (e.g. Japanese green teas, in 100g). Because there are too many pages to go through. You tend to get exhausted and choose only the teas on the first 2 pages. there should be a filter for "daily teas" and "exceptional teas" maybe too. because they're presented in the same way, but don't have the same impact on the wallet ;-) To find out the weight, you also have to click on the product sheet, I think.
Note that I placed my order on my cell phone.
I'd like to see a shopping cart icon to make it easier to understand. Discover" and "order" it's not clear enough.
Otherwise, I love your teas! And I really appreciated the personalized message in my order.

Very fast service and quality tea!

Delivery is fast, but the keyword search is not very efficient.

Even if it's not always easy for me to choose my tea from a distance, I find that the site is well organized and the descriptions are very helpful in figuring out the flavor.

A wide variety of teas, but many unavailable

1°) I ordered on the internet because the Lille store was closed ... and I wasn't delivered before it reopened ... please - if possible - indicate this for future years. 2°) To order, the site isn't very user-friendly. When you order several scented green teas, each time you have to go through the various tree structures again, whereas it would be simpler if when you validate the purchase of a tea you stayed where you were before validating. Super fast delivery. I felt like I was opening a treasure chest when I discovered my teas and samples. The teas are well classified on the site, but there's no description of the flavor of the teas, because when you buy online you can't smell them and therefore can't predict the taste.

The site is very well designed. However, the iced tea category no longer exists, so it's hard to find a tea that can be drunk cold.

I made an initial order of 7 items, from mid-range to very high-end, and I must say I was satisfied. UNAMI offers a wide range of very specific choices, but only for enlightened connoisseurs. The teas are of the highest quality, and of the 7, only one really disappointed me. The prices are obviously in line with them, which is in my opinion the only weak point. It's not a big brand with a high volume of sales, so the prices are affected. In terms of quality, they're on the same level as Mariage frère, but they're more specific and more restrictive in their choice. They are better in terms of quality than Le Palais des Thés, but also more expensive. Delivery went smoothly and they gave me three free samples of very fine quality. I had to wait 6 days because one of the products was out of stock. In conclusion, I'd recommend this shop for the enlightened connoisseur, as beginners risk getting lost and not fully enjoying these often exceptional but expensive teas.

Given the importance of the choice, it would be interesting to have a help in qq questions to guide the customers towards what corresponds to them most.
I usually go to the store to buy tea. I never get any little gifts....but when I ordered on your site, I got 2 samples. That's really nice! stores should take a leaf out of your book....or I'll only buy from your site :)
