It turned out to be impossible to order 600gr of tea, too bad. I had to place two orders, one for 500g and one for 100g, which complicated the delivery (I got the brushes tangled) and half the order, which I wanted to send to my daughter in Paris, was waiting for me at the Lille store.

Dear Sir, You have been informed by telephone of the longer delay in processing your order due to a current restocking. You agreed to wait for shipment on Thursday. The parcel was received by the postal service on Friday and delivered on Monday, as explained to you on the phone when you called. While we are fully responsible for our selection, the quality of our products and our ability to advise our customers, we cannot control postal delays, which can sometimes be longer. Our tea sommelier explained this to you in a factual manner and apologized for the longer delay. If this does not satisfy you, we apologize. You are of course free to source your tea wherever you wish.

We've already ordered several times and in principle it works very well. Sometimes the card payment didn't work, so the transfer via my bank takes a little longer and isn't so convenient. Last time I had a promotion code 'THANK YOU' for a red metal box (before 30/4) but each time I wrote the code, the system suggested I put it in the next step. In the end, the box didn't arrive with my order.

Hello Madam, I answered you courteously on the phone and told you to simply type Georgie in the site's search bar (with the magnifying glass), which will bring up a choice of the four products we sell. No other customer has reported any difficulties in ordering them online, and the teas are a great success with our customers and their quality is praised by the trade press. These teas are very voluminous, so you need to use a lot of leaves to obtain an ad hoc infusion. We advise you to prepare them using a scale, which will enable you to better appreciate the volume to be used. For the record, about 5g to 6g of tea for 50cl. I'd like to find information more easily on the composition of the teas. You have to go to the card and scroll. And sometimes you don't know which fruits are in the tea, for example. On the list page, the photos are too big compared to the description, and I always had to go to the product sheet to get more info and put it in the basket. I would have liked to filter more finely (e.g. Japanese green teas, in 100g). Because there are too many pages to go through. You tend to get exhausted and choose only the teas on the first 2 pages. there should be a filter for "daily teas" and "exceptional teas" maybe too. because they're presented in the same way, but don't have the same impact on the wallet ;-) To find out the weight, you also have to click on the product sheet, I think.
Note that I placed my order on my cell phone.
I'd like to see a shopping cart icon to make it easier to understand. Discover" and "order" it's not clear enough.
Otherwise, I love your teas! And I really appreciated the personalized message in my order.

1°) I ordered on the internet because the Lille store was closed ... and I wasn't delivered before it reopened ... please - if possible - indicate this for future years. 2°) To order, the site isn't very user-friendly. When you order several scented green teas, each time you have to go through the various tree structures again, whereas it would be simpler if when you validate the purchase of a tea you stayed where you were before validating.
