I often order on the internet, living too far away, and the shipping is always incredibly fast. The service is perfect :) In case of a problem, which has only happened to me once because of an internet problem, the store team is also very available on the phone and very helpful. A huge selection! Great flavors! Everything is perfect, even the little touches in each package I order! Unami Tea is our home. We love them. Small B-mol. Orders are no longer accessible via cell phone, so you need to have your pc with you for each order. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the products received.
