Dear Sir, You have been informed by telephone of the longer delay in processing your order due to a current restocking. You agreed to wait for shipment on Thursday. The parcel was received by the postal service on Friday and delivered on Monday, as explained to you on the phone when you called. While we are fully responsible for our selection, the quality of our products and our ability to advise our customers, we cannot control postal delays, which can sometimes be longer. Our tea sommelier explained this to you in a factual manner and apologized for the longer delay. If this does not satisfy you, we apologize. You are of course free to source your tea wherever you wish.

The parcel was delivered on Saturday April 10 at 13:19, exactly one week after you placed your order, with a public holiday in the week of dispatch. The times we give are the times taken to process your order. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delivery times. We ship by colissimo 48h but do not control the flow of the post office. It was an order for a gift: I know the quality of Unami teas and I know that the gift will be appreciated. As always, the shipment was fast and careful. I'd recommend it. No other customer has reported any difficulties in ordering them online, and the teas are a great success with our customers and their quality is praised by the trade press. These teas are very voluminous, so you need to use a lot of leaves to obtain an ad hoc infusion. We advise you to prepare them using a scale, which will enable you to better appreciate the volume to be used. For the record, about 5g to 6g of tea for 50cl. I made an initial order of 7 items, from mid-range to very high-end, and I must say I was satisfied. UNAMI offers a wide range of very specific choices, but only for enlightened connoisseurs. The teas are of the highest quality, and of the 7, only one really disappointed me. The prices are obviously in line with them, which is in my opinion the only weak point. It's not a big brand with a high volume of sales, so the prices are affected. In terms of quality, they're on the same level as Mariage frère, but they're more specific and more restrictive in their choice. They are better in terms of quality than Le Palais des Thés, but also more expensive. Delivery went smoothly and they gave me three free samples of very fine quality. I had to wait 6 days because one of the products was out of stock. In conclusion, I'd recommend this shop for the enlightened connoisseur, as beginners risk getting lost and not fully enjoying these often exceptional but expensive teas.
