Just a small delivery problem because I live in Paris on avenue de Saint Ouen and the label was made on avenue de la Porte de Saint Ouen. So I received an aooel from the collissiom delivery man who wasn't very nice!!! and I got my package 1 day late. A little advice to people who prepare orders: be careful with addresses. I had no problem with my first order.

Dear Madam, You encountered difficulties in placing your order. We explained the circumstances to you in complete transparency, despite your annoyance and aggressiveness. A solution was found, you were able to place the order, which was processed immediately, you were delivered on time, and we put two very nice references in sample. Your rating seems harsh to us in view of reality and the fact that, apart from placing an order following a malfunction on our website which is currently being resolved, I think you were satisfied with everything else.
