Their site is well designed (it's a pity that you find out about the unavailability of a tea at the last minute), the products I know are of very good quality, no disappointments... Their staff are ultra responsive (taking, preparing and sending the order). The package was missing bubble wrap (or other protective material). The complimentary tea samples are just right for my tastes. A store to recommend.

Dear Sir, You have been informed by telephone of the longer delay in processing your order due to a current restocking. You agreed to wait for shipment on Thursday. The parcel was received by the postal service on Friday and delivered on Monday, as explained to you on the phone when you called. While we are fully responsible for our selection, the quality of our products and our ability to advise our customers, we cannot control postal delays, which can sometimes be longer. Our tea sommelier explained this to you in a factual manner and apologized for the longer delay. If this does not satisfy you, we apologize. You are of course free to source your tea wherever you wish.

Superb boutique, I've been a customer for over 20 years I think, passionate independents who fetch their producers locally and select superb teas from all over the world. Organic selection too. Great tea accessories too! And a tasting room. I recommend these retailers to others whenever I can.

Just a small delivery problem because I live in Paris on avenue de Saint Ouen and the label was made on avenue de la Porte de Saint Ouen. So I received an aooel from the collissiom delivery man who wasn't very nice!!! and I got my package 1 day late. A little advice to people who prepare orders: be careful with addresses. I had no problem with my first order.

I was used to the store when I lived in Lille, and now I'm used to the site, which is very practical and functional. Fast delivery and very well packaged. Very nice that there are always two-three samples. I only regret that there are no remote loyalty points.
