The service is always impeccable and ultra-fast, the packaging is neat and secure, and it's always a pleasure to receive 1 or 2 samples for tasting, which gives you ideas for your next order :-)
On the other hand, isn't it possible to reduce the number of emails we receive: between payment confirmations, order confirmations, shipping progress, carrier shipments and satisfaction surveys, it takes up a lot of space in the mailbox. Wouldn't it be possible to receive a single e-mail with an order tracking link that would bring all the information together? Thank you.

I ordered a grand cru ( Si Chuan Hong Fu ) and it was an excellent surprise. Delivery is very fast and the parcel is well packaged. I received 2 samples, which is great. The only fault with the site is that there are a lot of green teas from old harvests ( 2018, ...)
