The black star is due to the delivery man

When you don't know the names of the products, it's hard to find your way around.

Delivery times and product quality were perfect BUT I ordered a 30gr infusion from Butterfly, on the photo there was a box which interested me but which was not sent. After a telephone conversation, I was told that it was only sent with 60g orders, which did not match the photo of my order. For me, this is misleading advertising. I hope to receive this box, in which case I'll change my mind.

I'm new to the site, so it's hard to evaluate these are my first orders!

This is the first time I've ordered because I usually go to the store, but my tea was out of stock, so I ordered rather than go to the store again. However, I was unable to validate my loyalty card.

I would like to know why my orders, which used to be delivered free of charge to my home, are now delivered to a relay point.

I'd like the ingredients of flavored teas to appear without having to click on ingredients.

Annoying delivery problem: last-minute change of drop-off location.

I found the infusion time and temperature indications to be really of an indicative nature. They should only be used as a starting point (at least for my selection of teas) for fine-tuning your preparation, but once you've got them right, they're all very good. You just need to learn how to prepare tea, not just follow a label (and for that, there are plenty of resources on the web).
The samples were also greatly appreciated, especially the Cao Bo yellow tea, a type of tea previously unknown to me, which is a very good discovery.
I'm amazed at the huge difference between Unami's Grand Yunnan Imperial and that of Le Palais des Thés, in fact, they're totally different, Unami's leaning towards floral, light, high-pitched top notes (musical parallel), while Le Palais des Thé's is on honey, body, maybe a hint of smokiness, taba, in the medium/low medium register (still with the musical parallel), in short, not at all the same thing.
As for the website, it could do with the addition of product availability information on the thumbnails, to avoid frustrating and time-consuming navigation from out-of-stock product to out-of-stock product (hence the missing star).

Pleasant thought for the sample in the order. Congratulations to the team for this spirit always in search of small exceptional territories of rare and authentic teas. I love this approach. It's a success and it's not common in tea sales. Hard to find better. It's really a delight to taste. Plus the pleasure of discovery. Exceptional quality.

Orders are always delivered quickly and with great care. Perfect. The site could do with being a little easier to read, with searches for the type of tea or fragrance you like. But overall it's not bad.

EXcellent site, large selection of very high quality products, even if sometimes a little expensive for certain grand cru references.

Fast delivery, with two samples that were very good (the sample of "Black Silk" tea from Thailand was delicious) and a nice message.
But the description of some teas should be reviewed, and I was very disappointed by the quality/price ratio of some products, especially the Darjeeling.

Navigation is not very fluid, and the description of the tea in the mouth is often too succinct.
