The parcel was delivered on Saturday April 10 at 13:19, exactly one week after you placed your order, with a public holiday in the week of dispatch. The times we give are the times taken to process your order. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delivery times. We ship by colissimo 48h but do not control the flow of the post office.
