Delivery very long, 9 days compared to what is announced on the site, this is my only criticism.

Very responsive service, alternative proposal if needed, sends care. I would like to have rates all on the same scale that would be easier.

It was an order for a gift: I know the quality of Unami teas and I know that the gift will be appreciated. As always, the shipment was fast and careful. I'd recommend it. On the other hand, I find the site a bit confusing: the search by name, for example, is too approximate. Otherwise, there's plenty of choice.

In these times of confinement, the site is indispensable!

Super fast delivery. I felt like I was opening a treasure chest when I discovered my teas and samples. The teas are well classified on the site, but there's no description of the flavor of the teas, because when you buy online you can't smell them and therefore can't predict the taste.

The site is very well designed. However, the iced tea category no longer exists, so it's hard to find a tea that can be drunk cold.

I made an initial order of 7 items, from mid-range to very high-end, and I must say I was satisfied. UNAMI offers a wide range of very specific choices, but only for enlightened connoisseurs. The teas are of the highest quality, and of the 7, only one really disappointed me. The prices are obviously in line with them, which is in my opinion the only weak point. It's not a big brand with a high volume of sales, so the prices are affected. In terms of quality, they're on the same level as Mariage frère, but they're more specific and more restrictive in their choice. They are better in terms of quality than Le Palais des Thés, but also more expensive. Delivery went smoothly and they gave me three free samples of very fine quality. I had to wait 6 days because one of the products was out of stock. In conclusion, I'd recommend this shop for the enlightened connoisseur, as beginners risk getting lost and not fully enjoying these often exceptional but expensive teas.

Given the importance of the choice, it would be interesting to have a help in qq questions to guide the customers towards what corresponds to them most.
I usually go to the store to buy tea. I never get any little gifts....but when I ordered on your site, I got 2 samples. That's really nice! stores should take a leaf out of your book....or I'll only buy from your site :)

To preserve teas better, the bags containing them should be less porous.

Great responsiveness in these difficult times. I won't give them a 5, because even though they were good, I wasn't entirely won over by the teas, which I found better elsewhere.

Only drawback: on the page where the list of products is displayed, only the price is indicated, not the quantity, so that when you look at the information sheet for a particular tea, you're sometimes surprised: the advertised price is for 10gr, 20gr, 50gr...
