We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day. The delivery times given by the Post are on average 48 hours - however, postal services sometimes have small delays for which we can unfortunately do nothing.

Hello,
Packages destined for countries outside the EU sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. This is usually due to the fact that some packages are held for a while by the customs services of the destination country. We always attach the necessary documents for quick customs clearance to the package, but when some packages are checked upon arrival in the destination country, we can do absolutely nothing to speed up this process.

Very good, liquid meets my expectations except for 'the granola flask' no taste even after more than a month of steeping ordered later. A small goodie or a small liquid offered for an order around 100€ would be welcome. I would recommend without any problem.
