Order received late and despite an email asking for compensation, if only to cover the next shipping costs, the site just blames the post office when the package wasn't even dropped off the same day since I received the shipping email the next afternoon. So it's useless to order before noon, it's a waste. Not very customer-friendly.

Pear Perfect, everything is said.... it's, for me, the best of the range (which is already very good). The pear is well present without being too much and you can feel the pastry side that rounds it all off... However, the empty bottle delivered with it is of poor quality. Indeed, 'the pipette' loosens with each use until an accident happens. Why not put one that doesn't come apart?
