I wrote to customer service and received no response. My order was incomplete. It's not about the 2nd but it's a matter of principle. When orders are complete there is no problem, but when we make a complaint no one responds to the request. Yet I have already ordered and had no issues and this time I was missing 2 products 28 out of 30 boosters. I don't find that correct especially since I wrote on the day I received the order which was less than a week ago.

After 3 months of steeping, it's a killer, you can really feel the described flavors, biscuit, custard, and marshmallow. On the other hand, everything is very well balanced, no flavor overpowers the others. I find it delicious, I ordered two more on promotion. Because I love it with a lot of steeping and it doesn't bother me at all to wait because I have a stock of about 50 PAV 50 ML.
