An order placed on the 2nd of this month and still nothing received. 16 euros for shipping is too expensive especially since there is not even a tracking number. The little vaper is much faster for only 9 euros of shipping. Of course, I have already sent an email to explain that even the site does not work properly, you can't even access the details of your orders.

As indicated on the site, we ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day - the tracking link is sent to you by email the same day, a few hours after shipping. Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the Post, and the vast majority of packages reach their destination in mainland France within 48 hours. However, it sometimes happens that shipments experience some delays over which we unfortunately have no control. Very disappointed not to have received my order placed at the beginning of November and no time or possibility to file a complaint and 'investigate' for a liter of juice. Hoping to receive my liter of big juice one day. I don't dare to reorder the same item for fear of losing 60 euros again.
