Long shipping time. Sent 1 week after the order.

Order received incomplete with items said to be 'in stock' on the website but not received, no justification for this problem. Liquids not dated or with expired DLUO.
I am making a complaint to customer service, no discussion is held to see if I want to exchange my liquids or if I just want to be refunded by returning the items. The decision is made unilaterally by the seller who 'partially' refunds my order. I have no say in this decision. Huge disappointment for an order. This was my first order and it will certainly be the last. Be careful with the products you order.

The prices are interesting, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your package: the delivery is slow and without tracking available. That's how it is for me with every order, but don't despair, it eventually arrives.

So I reiterate my problem is not resolved at all, I was indeed delivered super fast but the box does not work.
Customer service did not appreciate my first review which was necessarily negative because they did not respond, this customer service replied that they had sent me the process for returning the defective material, it's strange I received this response but not at all the procedure) as you might guess I received nothing, I just sent a second email giving another address just in case... no bad faith on my part just maybe I'm unlucky but in my case it doesn't work. Obviously if in the end it goes well with customer service I will modify this review, but it is clear that I will never return to this website, for a box at 40 bucks you are dragging your feet....

When ordering items of the same brand, make sure they are compatible. The customer does not necessarily have this information!

Product not compliant with the definition, eliquid, no fresh effect and very distant strawberry taste

A product leaked throughout the entire package. First time this happens but it's really annoying. I had to clean everything. Given the quantity of products ordered, I imagined a slightly sturdier package.

I did not receive the ordered products but other products without having been consulted, I will not order from them again.

The tastes are horrible, unsmokable, I feel like I'm smoking sugar, with every puff I have to drink water

Last order really left a lot to be desired. Chose a 48h delivery but no package sent in 5 days, that is 120 hours!!!
Moreover, between the moment I made my package and the moment they sent it, the prices dropped by 10 EUR, really frustrating knowing that there is no section to cancel the order...

Good product but beware of customs fees in Switzerland for an order of 68 euros, 20 euros in customs in Switzerland

Warning declines all responsibility for loss from the moment the package is handed over to the sole carrier, the post office, which also declines if the package is marked as delivered... my advice is to avoid ordering in December with the theft of packages at the post office during this period.

Very disappointed, ordered liquid has no taste

A liquid (Mando silver - smoke wars) had leaked in the box. Another (dario - game over) seems to have its security ring already broken and this one has neither batch number nor DDM so I don't know what to think of this bottle, not very reassuring! I had customer service for the first one but radio silence for the second... Average!

Order received in 15 days instead of 48h, no commercial gesture...

Package surely lost by postal services, very hard to get a response from the unicorn site and about 20 days after my order, the package still has not been resent.
