regular customer, I just find it a shame that the shipping costs are a bit high for abroad (but it has already decreased compared to before). And it's never possible to use the vouchers that work from €60 otherwise I get hit hard by customs fees (free below €62 including shipping costs, exorbitant above and since the promo codes are outside shipping costs, it doesn't work...)

Hello, I am disappointed because I see that some products arrived with a deadline of November 2022... given all that I order from you, it seems difficult to use everything in 1 month... fortunately this is not the case for all products, but it means that I will have to throw away some products without having finished using them! Hello I am not satisfied but my first order was not registered at the right address. So I ordered a second one right after asking to cancel and refund the first. Since it was directed to the sender unicornvape. But it turns out that today I received my first order and the second will arrive soon. And sending it back will cost me half the price of this order. Which is not logical. How am I going to do now with two liters of product??? I HOPE SOMEONE WILL REACT AND SOLVE THIS MISUNDERSTANDING.

Until then, I thought it was okay, and I opened the return letter and they sent back the wrong product again, making the same mistake... And then I contacted customer service again, who never replied to me again, it's been two days... Real clowns, it was the first and last order with them.
