Top as usual! Service is great, however I give 4 stars today because I bought a fruity liquid that turned out to be very fresh, but this was not stated in its description... I can't stand fresh liquids... 10€ lost...

Products received and compliant. A downside on the amateur packaging: basic tape on the bottle cap and all around the box, little or no protection inside to cushion shocks. Maybe also lacking goodies to retain customers.

First order, as this is the first time I see an interesting promotion on liquids I use, and one that I was able to test at a sweet price. However, the shipping price for a simple tracked letter, where the bottles (of 30ml, so a bit thick) were not protected and could have been shattered, squeezed in their tracked letter. Well it could be a bit reduced when a certain amount is reached. It's only free from 50 or 70 euros, which is a bit excessive. It could just be a little decreasing from 30 euros, for example; because I completely understand that not all shops can offer their shipping costs from 30 euros of purchases. Well, I'm nitpicking otherwise overall it's fine, I recommend the shop.

The order arrived on time. However, one 50ml bottle was missing 1/4!!! After making a complaint, to this day, no response from the site.

The site is rich in products and meets all requests. Various proposals in terms of flavors, both concentrated and liquids are available. However, the search engine has many malfunctions that cause, for my part, an annoyance that must be

The delivery is not super fast and a bit expensive (but does not have Amazon's strength on this subject ;) ) the juices are not all equal and the displayed VG rates are not always accurate, but overall satisfied with the products.

In my opinion, the best promotions on the net, pleasant site, great variety of products. But we regret the high minimum order amount for free shipping... Regarding product evaluation, the request is premature due to steep. Customers should be able to do it whenever they want, like on general merchant sites like Amazon.

I received my product but not the boosters. And the delivery was scheduled for the 27th and received only on the 29th. Disappointed.

The post must have re-taped the whole package because it was open. Lack of adhesive!!

What an experience! I ordered an atomizer that was in stock so marked as validated then sent, I received a message 3 days later saying the product is no longer in stock!! So why was it marked as sent!! Avoid, never again with these incompetent people.

Order went well, too bad the shipping costs are not offered before ordering for 75€, otherwise everything went well.

Disappointed not to have received the Anarchist liquid with strawberry that I recommend to everyone who loves strawberry, instead I received another liquid that is good but not what I ordered, so disappointed.

Order received in good order, just a small lack of information regarding delivery with or without nicotine. It is clearly stated on the item (la Fabrique française 50ml) that it will be delivered without nicotine, whereas it is ultimately delivered with. I therefore bought boosters additionally for nothing...

Order received late without any visibility on the order tracking while the order fees were charged. In short, for a first impression as it was a first order, this impression is rather negative. I am not sure about reordering.
