Response from Unicorn Vape
Madam,
Your order has been marked as delivered by the Post. However, we have fully refunded it when you indicated that you had not received it. We do not know what more you expect from us.
Due to the very rude tone of your messages to our customer service, we have asked you to no longer contact us and to stop using our site. We respectfully reiterate this request here.
Best regards,
Bastien

Response from Unicorn Vape
Hello,
Your package was sent on the day you ordered, but sometimes delivery can be slower than expected, especially during summer holidays. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. Tracking info has now been updated and the package will be with you shortly.
Cheers
Bastien

I have never received a response to my message sent via contact, the products were therefore sent late and did not arrive on time at the destination, so I have to resend the package to another address and I had to buy liquid at my vacation spot.

Hello,
Your order was shipped on June 30, it happens that shipments to Morocco take more than a week. Sometimes packages are inspected by customs upon arrival in the destination country. If you encounter a delivery problem, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at [email protected]: we will be happy to assist you!
Best regards and happy vaping,

Nice site, navigation on smartphone a bit restricted.
Delivery in a tracked envelope but with the post, it would be ideal to protect the bottles, the envelope suffered during the journey...

Packages always delivered on time without error so far. Moreover, promotions are often offered and a wide range of vaping products are represented. Thank you unicorn. Only downside is that we never receive a small gift, product sample etc unlike many competitors. Best regards
