Hello,
As indicated by email, your package is held by customs upon arrival in Algeria. This happens sometimes, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. All documents for customs clearance are attached to the package, and it will be delivered to you as soon as it is processed by customs.
Best regards and happy vaping,

Very satisfied overall, very wide choice, interesting prices in flash sales, orders shipped and delivered on time. A bit disappointed compared to other brands that add goodies, samples, or other small attentions in 'big' orders and have a loyalty system...

I received an unusable product, a bottle of e-liquid "Splash" all white and pasty, not at all in line with the original quality of this liquid that I know. It went straight to the trash.

Nowhere was it written that the DLUO was from November 2020.
