Cap of the Unsteeped 60ml bottle poorly closed, so products spilled halfway in the envelope. So very unhappy. No more orders from me in the future. Regards

difficult to give an opinion.....!
maybe lack of readability of the site in general....
font too small and too thin on a black background, it's not necessarily the best choice for readability....

Some good promotions. Unfortunately, free shipping from €70. Shipping packaging rather poor. Leak on a bottle from my last order.

The choice of Colissimo is catastrophic! You commit to deliver within 48 hours to home.
It took me 7 days to retrieve my package at the post office! It's outrageous!

Extremely slow delivery times. Order placed on 11/12. Not yet received after 14 days of waiting. Customer service very unresponsive, almost non-existent. Last time I order here. Site not recommended.
