Your package was shipped on the day of your order, but unfortunately some packages destined for countries outside the European Union sometimes have extended delivery times as they may be held in customs in the destination country. We always attach all necessary documents for quick customs clearance to the packages, but it can happen that some packages are nevertheless held and delayed. Our customer service responds to your messages but there is nothing we can do to speed up the customs clearance of your package.

I give 4 stars instead of the usual 5 due to the package arriving with 5 bottles of 100 ml and 10 boosters sent in a cardboard envelope without any protection and which arrived completely torn apart, luckily my postman is a friend otherwise it would have been a disaster. I find it strange because usually the packaging is huge and careful.
