5th order at Unicorn Vape... for the first time I had a small issue, a forgotten concentrate (on flash sale at 8.90€/30ml)...
I immediately sent an email to customer service who quickly gave me a credit note of 10€... valid for 1 month.
Although I used it immediately because there was a flash sale product that interested me, I find that a one-month validity of the credit note - for their oversight - is somewhat tight, a credit note of 3/6/12 months would have been more appropriate in my opinion, but let's note the 1.10€ offered.
Also spending 70€ to get free shipping, where the vast majority of e-commerce sites offer it from 30€...
Regarding the rest of my order, nothing to report, perfect, despite everything an essential site, a wide catalog of juices and they are, in any case, serious.
