After more than 12 days of delay, I still do not have my order. Despite the follow-up emails to customer service, no news.

Always good, but this time the package was opened with a knife or scissors and the 500 ml bottle was punctured... loss of about 30/100... I know that unicorvap is not to blame for this, but it’s never pleasant.

Although an item was missing from my package, I appreciated the quick response from customer service and the immediate sending of the missing item.
Mistakes happen, so the 5 stars are, in my opinion, well deserved. :)
