Your package was sent on the day you ordered, but sometimes delivery can be slower than expected, especially during summer holidays. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. Tracking info has now been updated and the package will be with you shortly.

I have never received a response to my message sent via contact, the products were therefore sent late and did not arrive on time at the destination, so I have to resend the package to another address and I had to buy liquid at my vacation spot.

As indicated on our site, we ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day: your order placed on a Friday afternoon was therefore shipped the following Monday.
