Order received incomplete with items said to be 'in stock' on the website but not received, no justification for this problem. Liquids not dated or with expired DLUO.
I am making a complaint to customer service, no discussion is held to see if I want to exchange my liquids or if I just want to be refunded by returning the items. The decision is made unilaterally by the seller who 'partially' refunds my order. I have no say in this decision. Huge disappointment for an order. This was my first order and it will certainly be the last. Be careful with the products you order.

The prices are interesting, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your package: the delivery is slow and without tracking available. That's how it is for me with every order, but don't despair, it eventually arrives.

Tracking is systematically sent by email at the time of shipment. If you do not receive it, it may be in your spam folder. Once the package is taken in charge by the Post, it generally reaches its destination in 2 working days. So I reiterate my problem is not resolved at all, I was indeed delivered super fast but the box does not work.
Customer service did not appreciate my first review which was necessarily negative because they did not respond, this customer service replied that they had sent me the process for returning the defective material, it's strange I received this response but not at all the procedure) as you might guess I received nothing, I just sent a second email giving another address just in case... no bad faith on my part just maybe I'm unlucky but in my case it doesn't work. Obviously if in the end it goes well with customer service I will modify this review, but it is clear that I will never return to this website, for a box at 40 bucks you are dragging your feet....

The delivery times of the Post are on average 48h for a shipment to mainland France. We regularly have promotions on all products in our catalog. While we understand that it can be frustrating to buy a product shortly before it goes on sale, we unfortunately have no time machine to apply these promotions retroactively.
