A liquid (Mando silver - smoke wars) had leaked in the box. Another (dario - game over) seems to have its security ring already broken and this one has neither batch number nor DDM so I don't know what to think of this bottle, not very reassuring! I had customer service for the first one but radio silence for the second... Average!

Package surely lost by postal services, very hard to get a response from the unicorn site and about 20 days after my order, the package still has not been resent.

Very well done. Too bad we can't send nicotine products to Belgium. But it's not your fault.

Very disappointed, 15 days of waiting (for 3-4 days announced) to finally learn that my order had been lost.
I therefore received another one but in the meantime I had to source elsewhere… result: double expense…
I expected a gesture but nothing at all.

The order with Unicorn always goes very well, however, the same inconvenience with the delivery time with La Poste, which is not respected... It's a shame.

Very convenient, not expensive at all when you look at the prices sold in specialized stores, the only downside, I was delivered in 72h and not in 48h even though I paid for this option!

Good products even if the 1l versions need a bit of steeping upon receipt. Just a bit disappointed not to have received any goodies for the price of the order (70€ to get free shipping).

An error with the product during my last order means I can't give the maximum rating. However, lightning-fast shipping and well packaged. Even though the prices are by far the best compared to other shops, I still regret the absence of a small gift systematically, never anything extra in the packages unlike the competition, even for orders close to 200€. It's a shame because it always makes you happy. 4/5

The site itself is very good, the products are good and the prices are very interesting, don't change anything. The only problem is the delivery. LaPoste is a nightmare and delivery to a pickup point is really essential. Unfortunately, I already reported this information over a year and a half ago but apparently nothing has been taken into account
