Order received but damaged and suspicious bottles, as if they had been opened below the seal to modify the content. The liquids have a burnt taste and wear out the resistances after 3 days (resistances 70-80w changed 3 times in a week)

I am not satisfied with the delivery service, every time I am told it will arrive today and in the evening it says the next day, this has happened to me 4 times already so I am not too satisfied, we will see how my package arrives if it arrives to improve the rating on the product packaging.

I ordered a liquid and did not receive the right one. I contacted customer service and they immediately replied in M indicating to return the product. Until then, I thought it was okay, and I opened the return letter and they sent back the wrong product again, making the same mistake... And then I contacted customer service again, who never replied to me again, it's been two days... Real clowns, it was the first and last order with them.

Hello I can believe that times are tough but the tape on the package still! The post office put its tape back because otherwise..... Surprise in the package a bottle leaking on the rest of the order. In short, the packaging and shipping need to be reviewed.... Otherwise for the rest it's perfect and reactive even if sometimes we would like a little gift as a regular customer. See you soon Ludo

The products are the right ones and well packaged, but this time despite all the care taken with the packaging (bubble wrap and all) my granola flask arrived well cracked I lost part of it... It's certainly not your fault but I think the plastic is too fragile or of poor quality. Best regards
