A customer for several years, I am loyal to the juices offered by Unicorn. However, there are areas for improvement for a better customer experience: - stop highlighting delivery in 48h, I have never received a package in less than 96h (even when ordering in the morning). - I had a big hiccup on an order, it has just been regularized and I thank you. However, to manage to contact you has been tedious. Strengths: - the format offered for the juices, the 500 range (my favorites) and 1L is really great - the packaging is always adapted to the format, well prepared and secured.

The site itself is very good. Very competitive prices. Fast processing and shipping. However, it does not offer free shipping for Luxembourg even with a large order and also the team did not give me any response to my request made during my order.

The products are always economically interesting and of good quality, however this time and unlike previous orders, there was no notification of the package status, so I waited a week and ended up going to the pickup point to learn that my package had been there for several days. I don't think the unicorn site is responsible but rather the post office, so disappointed with the carrier. I hope that for the next packages the notifications will be functional.

I give only four stars because I made a mistake in my resistance order, so I wanted to correct it and sent an email, I got none. No response from the service so at least send the resistances that were not suitable. Too bad, however, very interesting prices on the products.
