The delivery times given by the Post are on average 48 hours - however, postal services sometimes have small delays for which we unfortunately cannot do anything. Following a customer service complaint for a 90€ order from Fat Friday, it turns out that almost a month later it still has hardly developed any flavor. All that was offered to me as an amicable solution was a 10€ voucher... Just enough to cover the shipping costs and a 10ml bottle on sale. I followed up with the person who has not yet responded to me. We are a family of heavy juice consumers and it would be a shame for everyone to lose us as new customers. Indeed, we received a private message on Facebook telling us that it must certainly come from a 'new supply' because it was a victim of its success and therefore to wait one to two weeks. After a month of waiting, I ordered another one telling me that I was just unlucky and that I should trust you. I had the same issue with the second liter. Obviously, we have abandoned the idea of vaping this juice but everything else on the site catches our eye. A more reasonable credit would be really well received, knowing that we are not even asking for a refund because we intend, initially, to enjoy your wide selection of renowned juices.
