Very bad customer service. Unicorn was supposed to contact the colissimo service that lost my package, never did and no longer responds to emails. Result: package not received, and not refunded due to the merchant's laxity.

Lamentable delivery. I received my package more than a week after the order and I had to go to a relay point. Supposedly it doesn't fit in the mailbox while usually it fits very well and with bigger items too. Really disappointed. Otherwise the products are quite good.

Very disappointed not to have received my order placed at the beginning of November and no time or possibility to file a complaint and 'investigate' for a liter of juice. Hoping to receive my liter of big juice one day. I don't dare to reorder the same item for fear of losing 60 euros again.

I confirm that the VG/PG ratio of Candy King Strawberry Watermelon is 80/20, as indicated on the product sheet. We always try to communicate the exact VG/PG ratio of the liquids we offer, and we do our best to obtain the information from the manufacturer when it is not explicitly mentioned. However, this is a data point that is rarely perfect, as the method of calculating this ratio can vary depending on the laboratory. Additionally, if the liquid is then mixed with one or more nicotine boosters, the VG/PG ratio of the resulting liquid will differ depending on the proportions of the mixture. These variations remain minimal, and you should have no trouble vaping this liquid on a dripper.
