Out of 10 ordered 50ml liquids, 4 are not the right flavor. A week after the complaint, no response from the site. I waited before posting this comment but now it’s too long. I order for 150€ every 2 months, this is the first time I have a problem and the absence of customer service disappoints me.

Hello I can believe that times are tough but the tape on the package still! The post office put its tape back because otherwise..... Surprise in the package a bottle leaking on the rest of the order. In short, the packaging and shipping need to be reviewed.... Otherwise for the rest it's perfect and reactive even if sometimes we would like a little gift as a regular customer. See you soon Ludo

As every time very fast delivery. The products are the right ones and well packaged, but this time despite all the care taken with the packaging (bubble wrap and all) my granola flask arrived well cracked I lost part of it... It's certainly not your fault but I think the plastic is too fragile or of poor quality. Best regards
