Very good site for purchasing products for vapers, regular promotions, I recommend.

Error upon receiving my order, received 1 little tiramisu instead of a little Belgian.

For the first time after several dozen orders I have a liquid that slightly leaked during transport. Otherwise the prices are very interesting.

The site is great, orders arrive on time. Having a small 10 ml free product to test flavors after a certain number of orders would be a big plus!

Good products but excessive shipping costs given the quality of the packaging (too thin, too small and therefore damaged).

The site is fluid, clear, there are always nice promotions, which is very appreciated. That said, it has now happened twice that I received bottles of product that leak while the letter is in good condition. Otherwise nothing to report.

Fast and compliant delivery

I am a very good customer I order every month and I find it a shame that compared to other sites there are never gifts without milk of a star

Top as usual! Service is great, however I give 4 stars today because I bought a fruity liquid that turned out to be very fresh, but this was not stated in its description... I can't stand fresh liquids... 10€ lost...

Products received and compliant. A downside on the amateur packaging: basic tape on the bottle cap and all around the box, little or no protection inside to cushion shocks. Maybe also lacking goodies to retain customers.

First order, as this is the first time I see an interesting promotion on liquids I use, and one that I was able to test at a sweet price. However, the shipping price for a simple tracked letter, where the bottles (of 30ml, so a bit thick) were not protected and could have been shattered, squeezed in their tracked letter. Well it could be a bit reduced when a certain amount is reached. It's only free from 50 or 70 euros, which is a bit excessive. It could just be a little decreasing from 30 euros, for example; because I completely understand that not all shops can offer their shipping costs from 30 euros of purchases. Well, I'm nitpicking otherwise overall it's fine, I recommend the shop.

The site could be better by allowing us to choose by quantity for example, the packages are neglected, I received mine completely open because it was a cut and poorly redone box, everything looks crushed, it's incredible to deliver packages like that knowing that I'm not the only one... Check your packages or change your staff!
