Rather simple navigation site, the promotions are very good.
Order prepared and shipped on time, received in 1 day.
One star less because there is no loyalty program and free shipping only at 70€

Lots of choices, reasonable prices, very clear site. I could have given 5 stars as a very good customer, I place an order every month and I find it a shame that sometimes there is no little gift for loyal customers like me

A wide range that is quite nice.
The downsides are:
- no loyalty
- delivery at the same price for any rate.

Although the product I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition, it was of such poor quality that I cannot be satisfied. Indeed, it burned a coil in just 15 ml even though I took the time to ask if this would be the case by email before ordering. I was assured that in most cases this would not be the case. And when I called one of the people from the site, he told me everything and its opposite. While telling me that for him it was normal for a liquid in 30/70 to create such a big inconvenience so quickly. He acknowledged that this was not indicated on the site and that it did not pose any problem for him. Upon arrival, I lost nearly 25 euros without any offer of reimbursement or goodwill gesture. I will not order from this site again...

Delivery in a tracked envelope but with the post, it would be ideal to protect the bottles, the envelope suffered during the journey...
