I placed two orders with you over €100 and I was surprised not to receive even a single sample or other gifts from you. Your promotional prices are competitive but it was mainly an opportunity for me to concentrate my purchase with you for shipping costs because you had all (almost) the products I wanted. Finally really disappointed to receive a box with only the ordered items unlike what others do for much smaller orders... maybe I forget that you are a sales site lol I will think about it!

I reported that my order had not been taken into account. They sent me an invoice for my order which proved that my order had not been recorded. This time I received my order, but I would have liked someone to respond to me. I don't know if I will order again on your site for this reason.

Received the creme Kong and it is good.
However, I received the wrong boosters I received 20/80 instead of 50/50 in PG/VG.... I hope that if customer service sees this comment they will send me 4 new ones in 50/50, otherwise I remain a loyal customer of this site where delivery is fast and prices are unbeatable
