Received broken bottle and it's still up to me to contact them. I was raised to take responsibility for my mistakes. I must specify that the packaging was in perfect condition. It's still the customer's effort after a pseudo conversation with a third party and poof the negative review is erased. So clearly now I will not order from this site anymore just on principle.
