A wide choice and attractive prices in flash sales. Customer service is responsive in case of problems with an order, however I have never received a response from the webmaster regarding technical issues encountered on the site, hence my one star less!

I lower my rating because I regret that every time I can't find my liquids! I already have a hard time finding the one that suits me, and when I do, it's no longer available. Moreover, the last orders do not correspond to the expected taste. What a shame.

The prices are interesting, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your package: the delivery is slow and without tracking available. That's how it is for me with every order, but don't despair, it eventually arrives.
