Product ordered but unavailable, the refund was made except that the offered product was not the one I had chosen. Otherwise, great.

Great product, just relatively long delivery delays, surely due to Colissimo

The shipping was fast. But the delivery by the post is a real disaster..., 3 days delay on the delivery. However, the product is great and tasty, my future all day I think. Unicorn has been a reliable brand for me for several years

wide range of liquid choices. Beware of best sellers often out of stock, same for the resistors, so forced to order elsewhere. Fast delivery 24/48h to the relay point

A customer for several years, I am loyal to the juices offered by Unicorn. However, there are areas for improvement for a better customer experience: - stop highlighting delivery in 48h, I have never received a package in less than 96h (even when ordering in the morning). - I had a big hiccup on an order, it has just been regularized and I thank you. However, to manage to contact you has been tedious. Strengths: - the format offered for the juices, the 500 range (my favorites) and 1L is really great - the packaging is always adapted to the format, well prepared and secured.

The site itself is very good. Very competitive prices. Fast processing and shipping. However, it does not offer free shipping for Luxembourg even with a large order and also the team did not give me any response to my request made during my order.
