5th order at Unicorn Vape... for the first time I had a small issue, a forgotten concentrate (on flash sale at 8.90€/30ml)...
I immediately sent an email to customer service who quickly gave me a credit note of 10€... valid for 1 month.
Although I used it immediately because there was a flash sale product that interested me, I find that a one-month validity of the credit note - for their oversight - is somewhat tight, a credit note of 3/6/12 months would have been more appropriate in my opinion, but let's note the 1.10€ offered.
Also spending 70€ to get free shipping, where the vast majority of e-commerce sites offer it from 30€...
Regarding the rest of my order, nothing to report, perfect, despite everything an essential site, a wide catalog of juices and they are, in any case, serious.

Very good site in terms of choice but having shipping costs for a €70 order is rather limited

Good site for liquids and concentrates, full of promotions and flash sales
Some liquids seem to be bottled on site, which sometimes gives a poorly stuck label but nothing serious.

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement, like the absence of PayPal payment which is a dealbreaker, the presentation of the site with this black background which is very annoying.

Tasted without diluting, I found it a bit too saturated in flavor. However, it is perfect once diluted to 3mg without having to let it steep again. When will the custard reserve version be?

Problem of not being able to pay by PayPal, which puts me off, also the fact that we cannot copy and paste our invoice to put it on another medium, the black background of the site is not very user-friendly

It's great, except for one thing I made a small request for delivery that was not taken into account at all and I didn't even receive a response or explanation hence the missing star...

Ordered several times and always with delays, supposedly shipped the same day, my order was shipped the next day, March 22, arrived on March 28
yes I am unhappy already several times..
Also for large orders placed.. a little gift on top is always nice.
