The prices are interesting, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your package: the delivery is slow and without tracking available. That's how it is for me with every order, but don't despair, it eventually arrives.

Response from Unicorn Vape
Hello, Thank you for your message! We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day. Tracking is systematically sent by email at the time of shipment. If you do not receive it, it may be in your spam folder. Once the package is taken in charge by the Post, it generally reaches its destination in 2 working days. We can see that your last two orders arrived in 2 working days and 3 working days respectively. Best regards and happy vaping, Bastien Unicorn Vape

Search results are too broad, not precise enough.

Hello. Service: very good. Order on the site there was a bug during the first attempt to finalize the order. But nothing serious. The proof is that it worked on the second attempt. That's why 4 stars. Best regards

Order tracking is not great, that's the only complaint I can make about the site.

First order on this site and I am satisfied. Just one star less because it's not possible to pay with PayPal.

Too bad we can't filter the products we want by ascending price, other sites do it, and why do you never offer samples with an order? This would allow testing and possibly buying if it pleases

After all this time, it would be good to consider adding the option for delivery to a pickup point.

Fast and well packaged. I give one star less for the relatively high shipping costs.

Cap of the flask was poorly tightened, everything was soaked. The bubble wrap was not enough. Where is the little gift to taste? Even your business card is not there. First time in ten years.

When ordering items of the same brand, make sure they are compatible. The customer does not necessarily have this information!

Product not compliant with the definition, eliquid, no fresh effect and very distant strawberry taste

A product leaked throughout the entire package. First time this happens but it's really annoying. I had to clean everything. Given the quantity of products ordered, I imagined a slightly sturdier package.

Slightly open cardboard upon delivery! Fortunately without consequences, as the bottles were grouped in a plastic bag.

A wide choice of juices at unbeatable prices, especially during flash sales or promotions. A very responsive and competent customer service when you have an issue placing an order, but less so when it comes to responding to a comment about the site's operation (or malfunction)! Hence one star less..
