The package was intact but the cardboard inside the package was very damaged. The inverter is damaged/broken. After a week, I still have no response to my complaint.

Headphones didn't work. I spent time trying to set them up for my mom so that she could listen to her music, nothing. Complete bs. I did read the instructions, but no, headphones don't wana work. I don't think I'm ever gonna buy products from you anymore. Disappointed. You get 3 stars.
