The order was delivered on time. The only thing missing was the order acknowledgement, which meant I had to call Unilab.

Serious site, direct contacts on the phone with sellers. Fast shipping. However, beware of discrepancies between the site and the actual stock: on 2 items ordered, a cable was sent with a different color, and the battery was out of stock, which resulted in an exchange with other items.

Headphones didn't work. I spent time trying to set them up for my mom so that she could listen to her music, nothing. Complete bs. I did read the instructions, but no, headphones don't wana work. I don't think I'm ever gonna buy products from you anymore. Disappointed. You get 3 stars.
